At 1st Step Healthcare Training our Mission is to train, educate, and develop passionate, courageous, and optimistic individuals to join the healthcare field. Our Instructors are experienced professionals in their respective fields, and are passionate about teaching and helping others succeed. They bring real-world knowledge and practical skills to the classroom, ensuring that our students are well prepared for their future endeavors.
Our instructors are trained and highly respected due to their expertise. Each instructor brings a distinctive background from healthcare to the classroom. This background includes long term care (LTC) and acute hospital experience.
We currently offer two varieties of the Nurse Aid (NA) training program to meet the diverse needs of our students, including day and evening NA classes, hands on clinical training in the classroom and a accredited facility, and job placement assistance. Our programs are designed to be flexible and affordable, making it easy for anyone to achieve the educational goals.
